- Return Eligibility
Due to the personal nature of perfume products, returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is defective
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Return Time Period

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.
